We are looking for motivated and qualified professionals with experience in: Teaching | Head Start Programming | Early Childhood Education Non-Profit Management and Operations
Head Start experience is strongly preferred for all positions.
Family Services Enrollment Manager
This position is responsible for providing supervision, oversight, monitoring and technical assistance for family services.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, social work, human development or other related field.
3-5 years of experience working with families of young children, preferably in a Head Start or other early childhood education setting.
3-5 years of supervisory experience.
Operations Manager
This position is responsible for organizational systems and tools to support daily operations. Operations Manager works closely with the Director.
Requirements:
High School diploma and 5 years of experience in an early child program.
A Bachelor’s degree in non-profit management or social services related field preferred.
3 -5 years of supervisory experience.
Education Supervisor
The Education Supervisor will provide leadership and share responsibility for the overall operations of assigned sites. They will supervise Lead Teachers and coordinate classroom coverage to ensure high quality education services and child safety and to allow for time out of the classroom for teachers.
Requirements:
An associate, baccalaureate or advanced degree in early childhood education or related field.
3-5 years of classroom based teaching experience, preferably in a preschool setting.
3-5 years of supervisory experience.
Lead Teacher - Preschool
The Lead Teacher-Preschool is responsible for providing and overseeing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment, in a center-based classroom, for the overall growth and development of children & families.
Requirements:
An associate, baccalaureate or advanced degree in early childhood education.
Experience teaching preschool-age children.
1-3 years of supervisory experience preferred.
