TogetherWeWork

is a program provided by The Opportunity Alliance that works with eligible families to achieve lasting family stability through direct services and referrals. This service is delivered using a Whole Family Service Approach.

What is whole family coaching?

Whole Family Coaching focuses on building family well-being by supporting the needs, goals and aspirations of the family. Taking a 2-generation approach to end generational poverty, Whole Family Coaching supports parents/caregivers and their children with:

  • Education & Training

  • Employment

  • Health & Nutrition

  • Housing Stability

  • Budgeting & Financial Literacy

  • Parenting & Childcare

What will you do with your coach?

  • Explore available resources in your community and how to access them.

  • Learn more about your skills and develop new ways to thrive.

  • Identify barriers and pathways to overcome them.

  • Brainstorm ideas that will take you from where you are to where you want to go.

  • Navigate challenges as they arise.

  • Build your network of support and community.

  • Strengthen parenting skills.

What will you get?

  • Step-by-step guidance and encouraging support.

  • A cheerleader for your family

  • A collaborative experience.

Who is eligible?

  • Parents or caregivers who have at least one dependent child under the age of 18.

  • Parents or caregivers who have income at 200% or less of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL), OR are currently receiving TANF-ASPIRE and/or Supplemental Nutritional Assistance Program (SNAP).

  • Parents or caregivers can provide verification of income (within the last 6 months) through documentation such as tax documents, recent pay stubs, and/or bank statements OR with verification of being a current SNAP and/or TANF recipient.

There is no cost to participate in the TogetherWeWork program.

What does the application or referral process look like?

After submitting your application or a referral a member of our Whole Family team will reach out to the family within 5 business days.
