The Work Life Advisor
works with low to moderate income individuals who face obstacles in securing or maintaining employment.
The Opportunity Alliance’s Work Life Advisor supports and empowers individuals to help them find successful employment and economic stability. Support services include resume guidance, education about online job resources and navigation, and how to fill out a job application.
In addition, the Advisor identifies barriers to employment and links clients to available resources such as: housing subsidies, food, counselors, psychiatrists, doctors, dentists, transportation, recreational resources, and natural/peer supports. When it’s possible, the Work Life Advisor can provide limited financial support.
