Health Foundation Announces Grants to Improve Care at Five Community Mental Health Centers

$25,000 grants will support plans to connect patients who receive mental health services and substance abuse treatment with primary care providers

The Maine Health Access Foundation (MeHAF) announced that its Board of Directors have awarded several $25,000 planning grants to improve basic primary care for individuals with mental illness.
