While The Opportunity Alliance is the Community Action Agency for Cumberland County, through our integrated community based and clinical programs, we serve more than 20,000 people annually throughout Maine. We provide advocacy, leadership, and support to help individuals, families, and communities identify goals and address their needs. The Opportunity Alliance’s programming includes: Early Childhood Education; Family and Community Supports; Children and Youth Mental Health Services; Adult Mental Health Services; Crisis Intervention and Prevention; and Community Initiatives.
