TOA Offers Coordinated Parenting Education and Substance Abuse Treatment Services

TOA implements new parenting education program contracted through the Maine Department of Health and Human Services.

Our Coordinated Parenting Education and Substance Abuse Treatment Services will be offered in partnership with Crossroads, which offers gender-responsive, trauma informed programs that include outpatient and intensive outpatient services for substance abuse and mental health, and residential rehabilitation for substance abuse. In coordination with Crossroads, TOA will offer a highly prescriptive, evidence based parenting education model for families, the majority of whom will be referred through child protective services.
