Portland Police Department Honors Missy Etsy, Mental Health Police Liaison

PORTLAND (December 2016) Missy Etsy, The Opportunity Alliance’s Mental Health Police Liaison, has been honored as the Portland Police Department's civilian of the month. The Mental Health Police Liaison is a specially trained TOA crisis services staff member who works closely with the Portland Police Department to provide crisis intervention, assessment, and assistance in facilitating a crisis.
